Bromé is a biotechnological company dedicated to generating value from the unusable part of the pineapple crop, extracting the bromelain enzyme to offer to brewing and wine companies an enzymatic technology capable to be incorporated in different stages within their productive chain, to control the metabolic pathway of sulfur compounds, removing proteins that affect crystallinity and eliminating gluten.

At the same time through R & D, we seek to incorporated bromelain in other industries such as: Agricultural, meat and balanced foods, giving a natural solution to the problems and needs of our clients. Bromé is working under a triple impact model; in that way, it seeks to contribute to the reduction of the environmental and social problems that is currently facing the “piñero” sector and communities of direct influence, also rising the financial model.
